Digitalisation of Law and Innovation – DILLAN (Luxembourg/Luxembourg)

DILLAN brings together researchers from various fields of law with those having a background in artificial intelligence and computer science, in order to allow for a common effort to study possibilities and regulatory needs for adapting our European multi-level legal system to the opportunities and challenges of the ongoing digital revolution.

The EURA Jean Monnet Center of Excellence constitutes a focal point of competence and knowledge on Robotics and AI, focusing on their ethical, legal, social and economic (ELSE) implications.

The inter-legality project aims at conceptualizing and explaining one of the most challenging phenomena in the contemporary legal scenario, namely the more and more complex and composite character of law interlocking State, regional, international and global legality.
